What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the U-Haul center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Maintain and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels and cleaning
- Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to safety precautions while working around moving parts or machines
- Availability for hands-on working interviews

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance or rental processes
- Willingness to obtain certifications for filling propane and operating a forklift
