What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with pre and post-purchase inquiries related to Retail Vehicle Sales
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to provide support
- Maintain ownership of customer inquiries until resolution is achieved
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Asset Management to ensure rental truck inventory meets demands
- Execute customer communication protocols to enhance the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the transportation or logistics industry
- Bilingual proficiency in French and Spanish
