Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers through various channels and establish positive rapport.
Process work orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Assist residents with work order requests and ensure timely completion.
Ensure legal compliance with company standards and applicable laws, such as Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws.
High School Diploma or GED
Pre-Hire Screenings
Requires an online exam to be completed prior to resume submission.
Weekly pay
Pay rate of $20.34 an hour.

Our client, in Sacramento is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Community Resident Support supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have empathy, professionalism, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
