What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls to address member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues
- Assist with patient services needs including updating billing information and scheduling appointments
- Provide quality customer service through effective communication and education
- Research and resolve telephone inquiries from members or patients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Previous data entry experience
- Ability to work full-time during standard hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Must be able to travel on-site if connectivity issues arise
