      Customer Service Representative – Customer Relationship Management - Spanish-speaking

      Overview:

      In order to support Bio-Rad and our successful future growth we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Customer Service team in Budapest. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make significant contribution within our dynamic and growing international team.

      How You’ll Make an Impact:

      • Ensure the following transactions are done to the highest standard, with accuracy and reducing transaction times within agreed timeframes: Order entry, order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports & invoicing, providing delivery information to customers, claim & return handling, dispute management
      • Deal with customer calls and complaints effectively and professionally as per the service level agreement
      • Ensure case and call logging to a high-quality standard with regular updates on cases until successful conclusion
      • Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance and other relevant internal stakeholders

      What You Bring:

      • Excellent communication skills in English and in Spanish
      • Strong customer services experience within a fast paced, corporate environment
      • Experience in a customer facing role, including order processing
      • Good MS Office skills
      • Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired
      • Accurate and fast data entry skills
      • Excellent telephone manner
      • Excellent organization skills
