What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer service calls and correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements
- Process and document correspondence in accordance with established guidelines
- Complete system updates in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and respond promptly to customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Fluent in English – speaking, reading, and writing
- Knowledge of customer service techniques and modern office practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience handling upset callers and strong phone contact handling skills
- Bilingual in Spanish for higher pay opportunities
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate tactfully
