- Monday - Friday, 3pm - 8pm
- Monday - Friday 8am - 1pm
- Tuesday - Saturday 3pm - 8pm
- Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 1pm

Available to work your allocated shift (25 hours per week)
Available to work from the Sydney Eveleigh office, once a fortnight. Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability.
Training will commence with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for the first 4 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm. Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.
Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career.
Do Work that Matters
As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.
