What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside a center with products and services
- Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up trucks and trailers while ensuring equipment cleanliness and inspection
- Prepare rental invoices and handle returned equipment
- Participate in ongoing training through the employer’s education programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing 50 lbs.
- Willingness to use protective gear and follow safety protocols
- Availability for hands-on working interviews
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with equipment inspection and maintenance processes
- Previous experience with technology-based rental management systems
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment)
- Interest in ongoing education and training programs
