- Receive, enter & process customer orders in a timely manner and with accuracy.
- Act as a key primary point of contact for customer inquiries globally.
- Coordinate with production scheduling, distribution and shipping to ensure the timely delivery of products.
- Utilize the ERP system to analyze the supply & demand of products.
- Coordination of logistics for out bound customer orders.
- Process return orders and credit memos.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service and Order Entry in a fast paced (high volume) environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Passion for food!
