What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across various platforms
- Utilize multiple computer systems to complete tasks and address account inquiries
- Develop and maintain knowledge of specific products and services
- Analyze potential risks and identify solutions that meet client needs
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations while providing excellent client service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years' work experience in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
- Demonstrated experience in resolving customer service inquiries
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the use of a 10-key touchpad
- Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently
