What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across various platforms
- Effectively utilize computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
- Develop and maintain knowledge of specific products and services offered by the employer
- Analyze potential risks and identify solutions that align with client needs
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations while providing exceptional client experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of work experience in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
- Demonstrated experience in resolving customer service inquiries
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong technical and data entry skills
