What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Answer customer inquiries and educate them about products and services
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
- Willingness to use protective gear as required in the work environment
- Ability to work around moving parts or machines and handle irritant chemicals safely

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or retail environment
- Familiarity with equipment operation or maintenance
- Certification in forklift operation (offered through employer upon employment)
- Knowledge of U-Haul products and services
- Interest in ongoing education and skill development
