What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries regarding products and bone health
- Actively listen to customers and provide them with information to make informed decisions
- Support customers through various mediums (email, phone)
- Process orders and returns
- Help customers understand DEXA bone scan results
- Update customer records, process accounts, and file documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Highly motivated to work from home
- Solid customer service background
- Passion for natural health
- Expert at building rapport with customers
- Organized and humble
- Critical and creative thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and shift between priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
