What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory efficiently
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed
- Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels and overall maintenance
- Prepare rental invoices and handle returned equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to follow safety protocols while working around moving parts and machinery
- Capability to work in varying environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with rental equipment and related services
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance or repair
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
