What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Perform inspections and maintenance on equipment, including trucks and trailers
- Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to safety precautions in a work environment with moderate risks
- Availability for scheduled shifts and participation in training programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with U-Haul products or similar equipment
- Certifications in forklift operation or propane filling (available through U-Haul)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
