Responsibilities:
As a customer service representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in our team. You will handle customer inquiries, finding innovative solutions to their questions and concerns. In a collaborative and engaging environment, you will have the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds, making each day different and exciting. - Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their inquiries
- Handle customer issues calmly and attempt to resolve and de-escalate them
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Assist with requests for assistance and process payments if needed
- Track call information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell products or services as required
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Proven experience in a call center environment
- Typing speed of 25 WPM
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
- Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to set up a home Wi-Fi network
- Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
- Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Composure and objectivity in handling customer interactions
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
