What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize product knowledge and resources to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Document all customer interactions and update customer records with accurate and relevant information

- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using various communication tools and software
