What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive 100 to 150 inbound calls from clients
- Categorize calls according to provided categories
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
- Perform other assigned duties
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry skills
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
