      Inside Sales Representative – Charlotte, NC

      General Shale, Inc., the nation’s leading brick and masonry materials manufacturer, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Charlotte, NC facility. The successful candidate must acquire an in-depth knowledge of General Shale products and interact professionally with customers in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities will include:

      • Data entry in SAP computer system (top responsibility)
      • Inside sales
      • Invoicing
      • Answering the phone
      • Cash sales
      • Liaising with the outside sales team
      • Manual handling of product
      • Prepping material for deliveries

      Job Requirements:

      • 2-5 years of customer service experience; inside sales experience
      • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related curriculum preferred
      • Must be a self-starter who possesses excellent PC skills; knowledge of SAP a plus
      • Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal communications
