What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
- Ensure all questions are answered and callers are satisfied
- Register students for the scholarship program
- Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving assistance
- Maintain empathy, personability, and compassion during difficult situations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum one year of customer service/call center experience
- English proficiency (language assessment required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain empathetic and compassionate in tense situations
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with the scholarship program process
