      Bassett Home Furnishings is seeking an experienced Full- Time Customer Service Representative.

      Responsibilities & duties (These are just some of what is expected)

      • Organize office and assist Management and Sales Staff

      • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

      • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

      • Problem Solve any customer issues that arise

      • Answering and making phone calls to current customers

      • Key Sales orders accurately and keep customers up to date on status of merchandise

      Requirements:

      • Working knowledge of office equipment

      • Thorough understanding of office management procedures

      • Excellent organizational and time management skills

      • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      • Proven experience as an office assistant or as another relative administrative role

      • Assist customers

      Hours:

      Must be able to work weekends and evenings.

      Hourly Rate is dependent upon experience. Hourly Range from $17-$23/hour
