What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with patients and referrals through various communication channels
- Receive and process order requests for medical equipment and services
- Provide accurate information and updates on orders
- Demonstrate professionalism and provide high-quality service to patients and referrals
- Resolve patient and referral complaints and escalations with urgency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of Call Center Experience preferred
- 1-3 Years of Healthcare and/or Health Insurance Customer Service experience preferred
- Experience working in a remote environment preferred
- Basic skills in using a Windows-based computer
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Basic level mathematical proficiency
