Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve patient inquiries, including questions about statements and account issues
- Post guarantor payments and set up payment plans within company policies
- Research and resolve issues identified by patients, collaborating with other departments as needed
- Connect patients with the financial counseling department for charity screening
- Communicate patient balances and meet collection goals set by the department
- Collaborate with other areas of the company to resolve customer service issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CRCR certification within 9 months of hire
- Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance, and provider relations preferred
- Customer service and call center experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
