What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process customer service inquiries related to Aviva travel insurance policies
- Handle call demand for a banking partner, addressing complex medical queries and customer needs
- Adhere to mandatory call scripts and compliance regulations while providing exceptional service
- Identify and record customer vulnerabilities, ensuring empathy and support are prioritized
- Manage FCA regulated complaints and underwriting risks with a focus on customer protection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in using PC systems in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a customer service setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish collaborative relationships with customers
- Positive attitude and openness to feedback for continuous improvement

- Experience in handling insurance or financial services inquiries
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail
