      Customer Support

      CIS specialist tasks

      • receiving and processing orders of goods, apparel, frames and lenses
      • issuing invoices, documents
      • communication with customers, phone, email, sales events (B2B)
      • managing warranties
      • managing shipments
      • receiving complaints regarding quantities or conditions in accordance with the issued invoices
      • managing goods returns
      • closely cooperates with other departments of the company
      • creates and analyses relevant reports based on superior specifications
      • other tasks as necessary at the superior's request.

      The candidate must also have:

      • excellent knowledge of the English language, written and verbal
      • experience/knowledge with ophthalmic lenses and optical equipment
      • computer skills (Microsoft Office, the Internet and Outlook); knowledge of SAP an advantage
      • a friendly, impartial and flexible approach to work related tasks;
      • working experience on the same or similar position (a preferable requirement);
      • strong organizational and time management skills
      • good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
      • an eye for detail and neatness

      For these position we are giving a Joiner bonus – 300.000 HUF gross.
