Responsibilities:
- Research, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries regarding their car rental experience
- Deliver outstanding service to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Resolve product or service problems through effective interaction and negotiation
- Provide accurate rental terms and conditions in accordance with company policy
- Enter required data into company systems for tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
- Three years of customer service experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
