What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service through telephone and personal contact
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Maintain records and prepare reports
- Participate in training related to customer service work processes and skills
- Handle special calls and monitor delinquent accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Six months of related experience and/or training
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively use technology and adapt to new systems

- Bachelor's degree preferred
