What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone, email, and chat support to customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems, working to correct them
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers through timely and respectful communication
- Identify, test, and verify issues, providing clear documentation to the development team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred, with potential for waiver based on experience
- Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a definite plus
- Exceptional phone presence with excellent written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Strong active listening skills and empathy as a customer advocate
- Natural curiosity for learning technical aspects and troubleshooting
