What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone, email, and chat support, efficiently resolving customer issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems, ensuring timely solutions
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers through professional communication
- Identify, test, and verify issues, providing clear documentation to the development team
- Collaborate cross-functionally on customer-focused initiatives to enhance the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred, with potential waiver based on practical experience
- Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
- Excellent written communication and exceptional phone presence
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Strong active listening skills and empathy towards customer needs
- Ability to simplify complex topics for better understanding
- Willingness to go above and beyond to find solutions for customers
