      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide phone, email, and chat support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues
      - Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems while documenting and communicating issues to the development team
      - Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, maintaining professionalism in all interactions
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience and suggest product improvements
      - Participate in testing new features and product releases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience in customer-facing roles
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred, with potential waiver based on experience
      - Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
      - Exceptional phone presence and excellent written communication skills
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
      - Basic understanding of SQL
      - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical customers
      - Strong active listening skills and empathetic customer advocacy
      - Insatiable curiosity for learning and understanding technical issues
