      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Professional Liability insurance products
      - Respond to customer communications through email and written correspondence
      - Maintain service quality and timeliness standards while interacting with various departments
      - Evaluate customer needs and propose suitable insurance products
      - Update customer records and reconcile payments against the policy administration system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Property & Casualty Producer license is required
      - 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or sales supporting insurance or financial services products
      - Experience with Professional Liability insurance for healthcare professionals
      - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Strong multi-tasking abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
      - Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues and handle details with key follow-up capabilities
      - Strong critical thinking and judgment skills when serving clients
