      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Efficiently respond to high-volume calls and e-mails from patients regarding account inquiries
      - Analyze patient accounts for errors, adjustments, and credits with a high level of accuracy
      - Interpret actions to resolve account issues for patients
      - Document communications accurately and completely
      - Establish financial arrangements to collect outstanding revenues from patients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of four (4) years of progressive customer service experience in a medical/healthcare environment
      - Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations
      - Effective listening, reading comprehension, and critical thinking skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Good typing speed and computer navigation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree preferred
      - Bilingual skills are preferred
