What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level customer service to new and existing customer accounts through sales support and account management activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing interaction and rapport building with customer accounts and internal departments
- Handle multiple priorities including customer inquiries, order changes, and product returns
- Monitor customer order patterns and adjust orders in accordance with company policies
- Execute accurate order-entry and resolve problems in a professional and timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office programs
- Basic knowledge of SAP or AS400 preferred
