      Customer Service Specialist

      Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 pm

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Responsible for performing the administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, products, parts, supplies and equipment.

      • Checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices.

      • Maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.

      • Prepares and maintains records for final shipment.

      • May be responsible for tracking goods via data entry to Access database, warehouse or transportation management systems.

      • Performs inventory of trailers on yard, data entry, report generation and reconciliation.

      • Daily communication with Carriers.

      • Track inbound and outbound shipments, retrieve bill of ladings and provide proof of deliveries.

      Education: •Some College Preferred • HS Diploma or Equivalent

      Critical Skills

      • 2+ years of transportation or logistics experience • Transportation knowledge and warehouse systems • Strong Computer and Excel Skills • Shipping Experience • Invoice Payment • Bill Reconciliation
      • 2+years Customer Service experience
      • 2+ years SAP experience
      • Excellent communication and writing skills

      Additional Knowledge and Skills :

      • Working knowledge of shipping and receiving practices and procedures • Customer Service • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
      • SCIMAN knowledge preferred
      • Strong computer skills. Must be able to efficiently and effectively use office software including SAP, Excel, Access, Word, SCI, Outlook, and McKesson internal systems
      • Distribution Warehouse experience
      • Attention to detail, Analytical Skills, problem solving skills
      • Transportation knowledge preferred

      Physical Requirements

      • Ability to lift and carry 20 – 100 lbs.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Current McKesson associates must meet performance standards for present position.
      • Associate must not have more than a verbal warning for attendance.
      • Associate must not have received a disciplinary action above a verbal warning within the past six months.
      • Must have been in current position for a minimum of six months.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

      Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $16.75 - $27.91
