- Associate degree and two (2) years’ experience in customer service and/or customer contact center role, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Foreign language is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- Must be able to type 35 WPM.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, schedule and meet deadlines.
- Ability to diffuse and prevent confrontations.
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings, holidays, and weekends as required to accommodate events for employees with various shifts.
- Valid Florida driver’s license.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Supports the day-to-day operation of the customer service contact center, through effective communication to customers via website, social media, telephone, and email. Maintains appropriate records necessary for the compilation and analysis of data. Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
