      This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn more about our customers and product offering while utilizing your customer service, sales, and technical skills. You will communicate with current and future customers, including professional dealers and homeowners, by helping with product education, product selection, quoting and order coordination. As a part of the Serena Shades team, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of customer-centric individuals to provide outstanding service to contribute to the growth of our Serena business.

      Responsibilities

      What you’re going to do:

      • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat as the one-stop solution for all their needs from product selection to specification and design help to problem resolution
      • Work through the organization as the voice of the customer to prevent and solve issues in a timely manner
      • Utilize your creative and “outside of the box” thinking skills to propose solutions to the challenges of our business
      • Build a strong knowledge of our Serena shades and Caséta product offering

      Qualifications

      How you know you’re qualified:

      • You have an Associate’s degree (required) OR a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with a minimum GPA of 2.8
      • You have 1 - 3 years prior customer-facing or inside sales experience and enjoy helping others through your work, your volunteer efforts or your hobbies
      • You are or will be located within commutable distance of Las Vegas, NV to accommodate in-office schedule
      • You have availability to work rotating schedules between the hours of 8am-8pm EST M-F and 9am-6pm Saturdays
      • You have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and ability to efficiently work in fast-paced environment while navigating multiple systems
