      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with hundreds of callers daily, utilizing active listening and critical thinking to resolve customer inquiries
      - Address and resolve complaints and concerns within the queue
      - Investigate billing issues and fraudulent activity
      - Provide technical support by diagnosing hardware and software issues and coordinating further troubleshooting
      - Document interactions and feedback effectively to enhance future performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Strong digital literacy with a commitment to continuous learning
      - Hardwired home internet with a minimum download speed of 40 mbps
      - Ability to communicate thoughts clearly and concisely

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service role
      - Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and support
      - Ability to accept feedback and adapt accordingly
