What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
- Work in a virtual environment with a structured day and set schedule
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to problem solve and de-escalate unique situations in a high-paced call volume environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and leaders
- Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Follow computer system requirements and troubleshoot technical problems
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in a call center or retail setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
