What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Work in a virtual environment with a structured schedule and day

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to problem solve and de-escalate unique situations in a fast-paced call volume
- Work in a virtual environment with a set schedule
- Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and leaders
- Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a retail or related industry
