What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to billing and customer inquiries
- Manage member accounts, ensuring accurate billing and account information
- Resolve member issues in accordance with company policies to ensure satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance benchmarks for service delivery
- Log all member interactions accurately for effective tracking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or WFM setting
- Basic office skills, including telephone and computer knowledge (Excel and Word a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience and professionalism
- Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fitness or wellness-related customer service environment
- Familiarity with Front Desk, Sales, and Kid’s Club policies and procedures
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer needs
