What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with orders and accounts
- Provide personalized customer service by problem-solving and offering additional products
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Maintain a distraction-free work environment while working remotely
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations in a high-paced environment
- Experience working in a virtual environment with a structured schedule
- Strong communication skills to interact with various customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Capability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed

- Experience in customer service or retail environments
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital commerce
- Technical troubleshooting skills for common computer issues
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
