      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct one-on-one meetings with Benefits Counselors for coaching and support
      - Set clear expectations for the team and monitor their performance
      - Perform call reviews and quality assurance assessments to maintain service standards
      - Manage live escalation calls, providing support for complex issues
      - Conduct team huddles for updates, education, and motivation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Previous customer service experience
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills
      - Problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise
      - Previous leadership experience in a contact center

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Insurance Licensing (Personal Lines or Life & Health)
