What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Educators and Professional School Staff with product and service issues and concerns
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information
- Provide necessary information to access online tools
- Answer questions about policies and procedures
- Assist customers with accessing and running reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong computer navigational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional listening/comprehension skills
- Professional and courteous
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Ability to train onsite for three weeks
