- Provide exceptional customer service following Whole Foods Market 365 guidelines and SOPs.
- Manage front-end workflow and customer flow, keeping leadership informed of relevant issues.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper display and cleanliness.
- Build positive relationships with team members, leadership, customers, and vendors.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Handle cash and perform register duties following all policies and regulations.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the store environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
- Prior cashier experience required.
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and build positive relationships.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting over 40 pounds with a team.
- Constant interruptions, exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations.
- May need to use ladders or stools and work on uneven surfaces.
