- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence, delivering exceptional customer support.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently and empathetically, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Accurately enter customer data and maintain detailed records in the database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle light administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and envelope packing.
- Respond to email and phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1+ year of call center or strong customer service experience is required
- Bilingual in Spanish – a must!
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Background screen required upon job offer acceptance
- Hands-on role where your communication and problem-solving skills truly make a difference
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
- Pay rate: $20.00 an hour
