Customer Service/Coordinator INorwalk, Connecticut 6851 (Remote )
4 months Contract
Key must haves:
The assignment can be extended up to 12 months total in length - based on pGaerformance and business need, the work order will be extended into the new FY22 starting 8/1/2021
Remote working is a must (candidates from EST or CST ideal to support business hours) - strong home ISP network is a must - flexible scheduling availability is a must. Flexibility for shifts is a must.Description:
A customer service assistant is the primary point of contact between a business and its customers. If customers want to place an order, find information, get advice, return a purchase or make a complaint, they will invariably talk to a customer service assistant. The job is ubiquitous in business -- every company has customers to care for -- and may go by other titles, such as information assistant or retail assistant. Customer service assistants may work with customers by phone, online or in person.

Inter departmental relations with FSF, DSD Support broader team and or HH/Tablet IT teams in order to process follow up or call backs to IDPs
Make decisions regarding trouble ticket escalations keeping Team Lead aware of significant and critical situations in a timely manner.
Prioritize work received and complete in a timely manner utilizing sound judgment in making and implementing corrective action.
Document work processes as required in call tracking softwareAbout the company
