Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Heumann Dental Lab in Topeka, KS, for a Customer Service/Data Entry.

      The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change as needed.

      • At NDX, we work with Dentists from all over the country to create dental products that help restore their patients’ smiles. Our Customer Service/Data Entry team members play a vital role in the quality assurance process of each case. Our Customer Service/Data Entry receive, disinfect, organize, and complete an intake process cases that comes through our doors. This is essentially the vital first step that occurs before our technicians begin to craft the restorations for our clients. The position invoices routine information exchanges with operations personnel as well as NDX customers.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Record and schedule work on the computer after assisting in opening and inspecting cases. Distribute cases to appropriate department.
      • Answer telephone, respond to inquiries and notify customers of delivery times when necessary.
      • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
