Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Industrial Engineering department
• Strong command of SAP and MS Office (Excel),
• Good command of customer relations processes,
• Having good communication both verbal and written and analytical thinking skills,
• Fluent in English,
• Being a good team player.
Job Description:
• Contact directly with customers and providing quick and effective service to customers,
• Managing offers, order phases and finalizing the process quickly and flawlessly,
• Recording incoming orders into the system and carry out the relevant revisions,
• Starting and following shipment execution process inline with monthly plans,
• Creating system records for incoming customer complaints, following up and finalizing the process.
