      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve customer and sales representative inquiries; explain product features, provide quotes, process orders, and assist with customer service needs
      - Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone in a professional and courteous manner
      - Develop a thorough understanding of products to offer additional accessories and substitute items as needed
      - Enter and process orders received via phone with a high degree of accuracy
      - Diagnose product malfunctions and recommend solutions over the phone

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have prior experience working in a customer-facing or call center environment
      - Excellent computer skills; experience with SAP is helpful
      - Proven ability to thrive in a goal-driven and customer-focused environment
      - Exceptional communication and problem resolution skills
      - Upbeat, positive attitude with a commitment to professionalism

      - Experience in a fast-paced customer service role
      - Familiarity with medical products or the healthcare industry
