What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Success Analyst, you will play a key role in the contractual processes for flex customers across teams in EDF Business Solutions. You will own processes such as Site Additions, EII and Novations ensuring reporting is completed and delivering process improvements.
You’ll be responsible for managing relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure we are correctly managing the customers contract requirements and working with customers to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll be working with customer driven data from internal platforms and excel.
Additionally, the Customer Success Team is responsible for customers portfolio management, processing change requests in a secure, robust and timely manner. Therefore you will play a key role in the success of this process including building strong customer relations and accurate financial reporting.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who can understand complex data and ensure data is created to a high standard. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our most important bespoke customers contractual requirements are being fulfilled either directly via the team itself, or via third parties under separate processes and arrangements. This particularly covers the management of site additions, mailboxes and fulfilling bespoke contract requirements.
You’ll be passionate about learning the details in our processes so you can ensure they are implemented correctly and drive data quality, you’ll have a can do attitude and want to improve processes to deliver a great customer experience.
